The short version
Watt Guy does not currently participate in any affiliate program. Product links on this site are ordinary, non-affiliate links. Watt Guy does not receive a commission when a reader clicks a link or buys a product.
If this changes, this page and every affected article will be updated before affiliate links appear. A clear disclosure will be placed before the first affiliate link on an affected page.
What an affiliate link means
An affiliate link contains tracking information that identifies a publisher as the referrer. If a reader follows that link and makes a qualifying purchase, a retailer or affiliate network may pay the publisher a commission. Watt Guy does not use those links today.
Editorial independence
Commercial availability does not decide what Watt Guy covers or recommends. Product choices are based on suitability, documented specifications, safety information, value, independent evidence, and clearly attributed owner feedback.
Watt Guy does not accept payment for positive reviews or rankings, does not publish sponsored posts disguised as editorial work, and does not sell guaranteed placement.
Future changes
If Watt Guy joins an affiliate program, the program will be named here when required, tracking will be described in the Privacy Policy, and affected product pages will carry a prominent, plain-language disclosure.
